Repredict provides AI-driven predictive analytics for insurance and financial professionals. Our platform leverages AI models (GPT-4o & GPT-4o-mini) to assist advisors in analyzing business scenarios.

Not a Substitute for Professional Advice: The insights generated are for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, or insurance advice.

User Responsibility: You acknowledge that all decisions based on Repredict’s output are your own and that Repredict is not liable for any business outcomes.

2. Account Registration & Management

To use Repredict, you may need to create an account. By registering, you agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription & Payment Terms

Billing: Our services are offered on a subscription basis as detailed on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Renewals & Cancellations: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds unless required by law. If you cancel your service, your account will remain active until the next renewal period. You will not be charged for the next renewal.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

By using Repredict, you agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree

5. Privacy & Data Security

No Storage of AI Queries: Repredict does not store client inputs to OpenAI. We use OpenAI’s API but have not opted in to allow data use for model training.

Third-Party Services: We use Stripe (payments), Intercom (support), JSpreadsheet (spreadsheets), AWS (hosting), and OpenAI (AI responses).

Data Retention: We retain account and ledger information after cancellation unless a deletion request is submitted.

6. Intellectual Property

Patents: Repredict holds U.S. Patent No. 11,790,459 B1, issued on October 17, 2023, related to our proprietary AI-driven prediction system. Additionally, Repredict has been assigned prior patents held by Proforce. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Repredict's patented technology is strictly prohibited.

Ownership of Technology: All software, AI models, algorithms, trademarks, and related content are owned by Repredict or licensed from third parties. Your use of the Service does not grant any ownership rights in our technology.

User Content: Any data you input remains your property, but you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for providing our services.Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of our patented technology or intellectual property without explicit written permission from Repredict.

7. Disclaimers & Liability Limitations

AI Limitations: Repredict is an AI-assisted tool; we do not guarantee accuracy or suitability for any specific purpose.

No Warranties: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.Liability Cap: Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, USA.Dispute Resolution: Disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Nevada, except where prohibited by law.
